Traveling On Your Knees
Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. Matthew 18:19
We all know how important it is to pray together as a couple, but what if you don’t want to pray with your spouse today? He said something that upset you. Or she didn’t do something you asked her to do. It happens. So what now?
Satan’s main goal is to separate us from God. The last thing He wants us to do is to connect with God through prayer. When tensions are tight, it’s quite hard to pray with your spouse. But do it anyway. God has no limits. He can make the the worst fight into absolute foolishness where you’ll wonder in the first place why you were upset with your spouse.
Can’t pray together? Go into separate rooms. Ask God to be able to forgive or for your spouse to forgive you. By traveling on your knees, God can make miraculous things happen in your relationship.
Him+Her Weekly Goal
Designate a time to pray with your spouse every day. If you do so, ask your spouse about a specific need and pray about it this week.
